    For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. We ensure that your orders are packed securely and handed over to trusted courier partners for timely delivery.

    2. Shipping for Domestic Buyers

    For domestic buyers within India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. We take utmost care to ensure that your product reaches you in good condition and within the promised delivery timeframe.

    3. Order Processing

    Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of shipments is subject to courier company or postal service norms.

    Rohit Chandora guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified 1–2-day period or as agreed during order confirmation. However, we are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

    4. Delivery Address & Confirmation

    Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

    Delivery of our services and order confirmations will also be sent to your registered email ID as specified during registration.

    5. Delays & Liability

    While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Rohit Chandora will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, customs clearance, etc.).
